This assemblage is based around a photo of a door I saw in Valparaiso, Chile. It entices the viewer to ask, "Who lives behind this front door?" I am intrigued as to what connection, clues, and symbolism a front door has to the person(s) who lives behind it.

The south of France has farm house entrances that are not overwhelmingly but invitingly bordered with flowers. I love the lilac color against the natural shades of green!

With Escher-like background, the wood birdhouse adds dimension,  emphasizing the abundance of birdhouses on this Amsterdam door.
